Center for Plastic Surgery was established in 1986. It combines the cosmetic surgery practices of Dr. Samir S. Rao, Dr. Frank Albino, Dr. Arjun P. Kanuri, and Dr. Christopher Fleury. With a reputation for aesthetic judgment, surgical skill, and artistry, our board-certified plastic surgeons work together to offer patients a comprehensive range of options for specialized aesthetic plastic surgery and medspa treatments. We have offices in Chevy Chase, MD, and Tysons Corner, VA, each minutes away from Bethesda, Arlington, Fairfax, and the Washington, DC, beltway. Both offices see patients for a variety of needs, including surgical, nonsurgical, and skin health care consultations.

Our AAAASF Northern Virginia Surgery Suite
At our Northern Virginia office, we maintain an ambulatory surgery suite with state-of-the-art equipment and staff specifically trained in outpatient surgical care.
The suite is accredited by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF). AAAASF accreditation is your assurance of a hospital-quality facility designed specifically for plastic surgery and equipped with the advanced monitoring instrumentation necessary to ensure the safest possible operating conditions.
Our team of board certified anesthesiologists and nurses has specific training and experience in cosmetic plastic surgery. Other assisting personnel include registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and physician assistants, and all are specially trained in cosmetic plastic surgery as well. Our operating room supervisor has more than 15 years of experience managing plastic surgery surgical facilities. The outpatient care offered by Center for Plastic Surgery assures you of warm, personalized attention while always respecting your right to confidentiality.
Outpatient Surgical Facilities
Outpatient surgery is performed at our Northern Virginia location, or at local hospitals depending on your needs. Physician anesthesiologists administer anesthesia in all locations. Post-operative care and appointments are scheduled at the office most convenient for you. If needed we can arrange overnight stays at our local hospitals, or at a hotel with a dedicated nurse.
