Dr. Fleury is a native of the DMV area, and grew up in Chevy Chase, MD. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA, and then received his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, DC. He completed his training in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the highly competitive and prestigious six-year integrated residency training program at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC, followed by advanced fellowship training of the highest caliber at the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. He has extensive training in microsurgery and supermicrosurgery, the full spectrum of cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery, and hand and upper extremity surgery.

Education & Training
Dr. Fleury is a highly trained plastic and reconstructive surgeon with deep roots in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. A native of Chevy Chase, he brings both exceptional surgical expertise and a strong connection to the community he serves.
Dr. Fleury earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia before pursuing his medical education at the Georgetown University School of Medicine. He then completed one of the nation’s most rigorous and competitive training pathways: a six-year integrated residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital.
To further refine his surgical expertise, Dr. Fleury pursued advanced fellowship training at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington—an institution internationally recognized for excellence in complex reconstructive techniques.
Dr. Fleury’s training encompasses the full spectrum of plastic surgery, including cosmetic and reconstructive procedures. He has developed particular expertise in microsurgery, a highly specialized technique that allow for precise, intricate reconstruction. In addition, he is extensively trained in hand and upper extremity surgery, bringing a comprehensive and meticulous approach to both functional and aesthetic outcomes.
Dr. Fleury lives with his wife and twin daughters in Montgomery County. He will work with patients from Washington, DC; Bethesda and Chevy Chase, MD; Northern Virginia, and all surrounding areas, providing all aspects of cosmetic, aesthetic, and reconstructive plastic surgery.
