Description:

This patient underwent a comprehensive Mommy Makeover to restore body contour and improve overall proportion following pregnancy and weight changes. Her surgical plan was tailored to address concerns of the abdomen, thighs, buttocks, and breasts in a single staged transformation.

A lipoabdominoplasty (tummy tuck with liposuction) was performed to remove excess abdominal skin, tighten the underlying muscles, and refine the waistline. Liposuction allowed for improved contouring of the flanks and midsection while the abdominoplasty restored a flatter, firmer abdomen.

To improve the contour of the inner thighs, the patient underwent a vertical thigh lift, which removed excess skin and tightened the tissue along the inner thigh. Fat harvested during liposuction was carefully purified and transferred to the buttocks, providing a subtle enhancement in volume and shape while maintaining a natural appearance.

Finally, a breast lift with GalaFLEX® internal support was performed to elevate and reshape the breasts. The GalaFLEX mesh acts as an internal scaffold that supports the breast tissue during healing, helping maintain long-term shape and position without the use of implants.

Together, these procedures produced a smoother abdominal contour, slimmer thighs, enhanced buttock shape, and lifted, youthful breasts—creating a balanced, natural-looking result that complements the patient’s overall figure.
