In the “before” images, excess skin and fat in the abdominal region and along the flanks are visible. It is not a requirement to have a lot of excess fat to have a Brazilian Butt Lift.  This patient weighted only 125 lbs but had enough fat in certain areas that could be harvested and transferred to her buttocks to improve her shape and volume.
