Description:

This patient underwent a bilateral mastectomy followed by immediate implant-based breast reconstruction. The “before” photos reflect her natural breast anatomy prior to surgery. The “after” photos show her results following reconstruction, designed to restore breast shape, symmetry, and proportion.

Using a carefully planned surgical approach, implants were placed to recreate natural contour while preserving chest wall balance and soft tissue harmony. Particular attention was given to implant selection, pocket positioning, and incision placement to optimize both aesthetic outcome and long-term support.
