This patient underwent a revision breast augmentation to replace her previous saline implants with silicone gel implants. The before photos show the appearance with the original saline implants, which had begun to feel less natural and no longer matched the patient’s aesthetic goals.

The after photos highlight the enhanced contour achieved with cohesive silicone gel implants, which provide a smoother, more natural look and feel. The revision procedure also allowed for improved symmetry and refined shaping of the breast profile.

32-year-old patient underwent a breast augmentation with Silicone Implants placed above the muscle. Due to the significant baseline asymmetry Dr. Kanuri used two different implant sizes. He used a sientra 505 cc high profile implant for the right breast and a sientra 440 cc high profile round silicone implant for the left breast.
