What to Expect During Your HydraFacial MD® Treatment
Exfoliate
The Vortex-Exfoliation™ step is typically included in all treatments. We will apply a special serum that removes dull, dead skin cells to reveal your healthy, smooth underlying skin. The serum includes a powerful and soothing combination of ingredients, including lactic and glycolic acid to cleanse and exfoliate, algae extract to soothe and hydrate the skin, and yeast extract to firm and reduce fine lines.
Peel
The Vortex-Peel™ involves the application of glycolic and salicylic acids to further chemically exfoliate your skin without the side effects of stronger skin peels. This step should be comfortable, and you shouldn’t experience scaling after treatment.
Extract
Vortex-Extraction™ utilizes suction to gently extract impurities and clean out pores. Additionally, we will apply a serum comprised of honey extract for hydration and anti-bacterial properties, soothing spirea ulmaria flower extract, and salicylic acid for exfoliation.
Hydrate
Now that your face has been thoroughly cleansed and exfoliated, we will employ the Vortex-Boost™. This involves pampering your skin with the application of a nourishing serum made of peptides, antioxidants, and hyaluronic acid to smoothe, hydrate, and rejuvenate your skin.
