G. Wesley Price, MD, FACS
It is with mixed emotions that I share the news of my upcoming retirement from the Center for Plastic Surgery, which will happen this summer. It has been a great privilege to have been involved in our patients’ plastic surgery care for the last nearly 40 years. I look forward to seeing some of you over the next 6 months.
As I reflect on the practice that I started with my original partners, Dr. Al Fleury and Dr. Jim French, I am especially proud of the highest surgical standards that we have maintained, the forward thinking approach of our practice that continues, and the energy and talent we have developed with our excellent staff of talented patient coordinators, nurses, aesthetic nurse injectors, aestheticians, OR staff, and organized and helpful administrative staff including our exceptional practice manager. Without this full team, our practice would not work with such success and attention to patient needs.
We continue to operate at our private OR as well as the best local hospitals. Our skin care services, and Med Spa have grown to complement our surgical services. We offer consultations and surgery in aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. We are unique in offering specialized consultations such as FACE 360, where patients have both surgical and non-surgical options reviewed. We are also the first plastic surgery practice in the area to start a Metabolic Aesthetics program aimed at weight loss as well as the option to improve skin, hair, and overall metabolic condition.
As I prepare to leave at the end of June, I will be happy to leave you in the very talented and accomplished hands of the surgeons here at CPS- Dr. Samir Rao, Dr. Frank Albino, and Dr. Arjun Kanuri. We are very pleased to announce that Dr. Christopher Fleury (the son of Dr. Al Fleury) will be joining our practice this summer as I retire. I can assure you that you will enjoy working with these fine surgeons and that our staff will continue to give the best care available.
If you would like to see me in consultation, please call Erin Polhemus at either office phone number.
It has been an honor and a privilege to serve my patients and I am grateful for their support and confidence over the last 40 years!
