This patient underwent submental liposuction to remove the fullness under her chin.  This procedure is done in the office under local anesthesia and takes less than 20 minutes.

This patient had a double nipple sparing mastectomies following her diagnosis of breast cancer.   Dr. Rao performed a two-stage reconstruction in this case.   He began by placing temporary devices called tissue expanders at the same time as the mastectomies.   Three months later he was able to remove the tissue expanders and replace them with permanent silicone implants.  Her goal was to have her reconstruct her breasts as close as possible to her native breasts.
