Following her diagnosis and surgical treatment plan, this patient underwent bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomies with immediate direct-to-implant breast reconstruction using pre-pectoral implants. By preserving the native breast skin and nipples, this approach helps maintain a more natural breast appearance while allowing for complete breast reconstruction in a single stage. The implants were placed above the chest muscle in the pre-pectoral plane, which can help minimize animation deformity and support a more comfortable recovery for appropriate candidates.
