Lower Blepharoplasty Case #287

Description:
These photographs demonstrate the results of an upper and lower blepharoplasty performed to address excess upper eyelid skin, lower eyelid fullness, and periorbital aging changes.
The preoperative images show redundant upper eyelid skin contributing to hooding and a heavier appearance of the upper lids. The lower eyelids demonstrate prominence of under-eye bags with mild skin laxity and shadowing that contribute to a tired or aged appearance.
Postoperative images show a more refreshed and rested periocular appearance. The upper eyelids exhibit improved contour with reduction of excess skin, allowing for better lid definition. The lower eyelids demonstrate smoother transition between the lower lid and cheek with reduction in fullness and improved overall symmetry. The results maintain a natural appearance while preserving individual facial characteristics.
