Submental Liposuction Case #20811

Description:
This 39-year-old female patient presented for evaluation of submental fullness, commonly described as “fullness under the chin,” which contributed to a less defined jawline and cervicomental angle. After consultation, she elected to proceed with in-office submental liposuction to improve contouring of the submental region and enhance overall lower facial definition.
The procedure was performed under local anesthesia in the office setting and was well tolerated. Through a small access point, targeted liposuction was used to remove localized adipose tissue beneath the chin. The entire procedure was completed in under 20 minutes, with the goal of creating a more refined and balanced neck and jawline profile.
Post-procedure, the patient was provided with standard aftercare instructions to support optimal healing and contouring.
