Augmentation Mastopexy Case #351
Description:
This gallery showcases the transformative results of an augmentation mastopexy—also known as a breast lift with implants—performed using 280 cc implants. In the before photos, the patient presents with mild ptosis (sagging) and a desire for fuller, more lifted breasts while maintaining a natural shape and proportion.
The after images highlight the balanced enhancement achieved through the combination of lifting and adding volume. The 280 cc implants provide a subtle yet noticeable increase in fullness, upper-pole contour, and overall breast symmetry. The lift repositions the breast tissue and nipples to a more youthful, elevated position, creating a smooth, harmonious silhouette.
These photos reflect the patient’s individualized surgical plan and natural-looking outcome—restoring shape, improving positioning, and enhancing confidence while keeping proportions in line with her body’s frame.
