Description:

This patient underwent a Preservé™ breast augmentation mastopexy with Motiva implants to restore volume, improve breast shape, and lift the breasts while preserving a soft, natural look and feel. Her treatment plan was carefully customized to address volume loss, mild to moderate sagging, and asymmetry, creating fuller upper pole fullness and a more youthful breast contour.

By combining augmentation with a mastopexy (breast lift), the procedure enhanced both size and position, resulting in a balanced, proportionate silhouette that complements her natural anatomy. These before-and-after photos highlight her transformation after healing, showcasing improved projection, elevated contours, and refined symmetry with elegant, natural-looking results.
