After consultation, she elected to proceed with in-office submental liposuction to improve contouring of the submental region and enhance overall lower facial definition.

The procedure was performed under local anesthesia in the office setting and was well tolerated. Through a small access point, targeted liposuction was used to remove localized adipose tissue beneath the chin.
